ABOUT

The Full Spoon is a bespoke Somerset based catering company operating out of the stunning Chew Valley. Andy founder, and owner, established the company in 2012, born out of a love and passion for cooking great food and sharing that love with others. He was inspired by everything from his own family’s cooking traditions to traveling the world and the people he met along the way. He had served his time in industry and was set free.

"From our first meeting, we both knew we would be in good hands with The Full Spoon. We were planning a large wedding, with over 200 guests, and wanted to deliver a spectacular celebration. Andy was immediately reassuring he would be able to deliver the bespoke menu we wanted. The food was incredible - our guests are still talking about it! The Full Spoon team were excellent and organised, contributing to a wonderful day.  "

The Food

Everything we prepare is made with an obsession to extract the utmost flavour from the finest natural ingredients. We let the ingredients do the talking and infuse them into unique and amazing dishes. This starts with our sourcing of exceptional ingredients from local suppliers who specialise in fresh, seasonal, traceable, organic, free range and wild produce.

The Experience

We will ensure your culinary journey with us is fun, adventurous and memorable. Our own love of travel gives us the opportunity to bring back to our kitchen the best of British and European cuisine with global influences picked up along our journey – this enables us to translate your story onto the plate.

THE TEAM

What sets us and our food apart is the attention to detail and passion that is reflected in everything we do. In the kitchen our talented, skilled and knowledgeable chefs will turn their hand to anything, with love, passion and a keen eye for the detail.

We embrace the new as well as tradition and will draw on a repertoire which encompasses an endless range of recipes and cooking, from street food to fine dining. Our front of house and support team will work with you to ensure the food is delivered to plan.
