Yet another successful Valley Fest this August,  blessed with wall to wall sunshine and the stunning lakeside setting!

We pride ourselves with our local ethos and working with Luke Hassel and The Community Farm the festival allowed us to do this with our vegetables grown on site, now that’s fresh! The Full Spoon team then created to provide happy customers with delicious food and service with a smile!

After a weekend full of gourmet burgers including pulled pork with crackling and apple ketchup, slow roasted lamb and vegetarian tagines, we made the most of Andy’s new Argentinian barbecue skills, using an open fire to create a Sunday FEAST! Our menu included local Blagdon Trout smoked to perfection, asado lamb and pulled pork an unbeatable classic. This was supported by The Community Farm veggies done two ways and summer tabbouleh.

We are open for Christmas bookings now.

Back in July Andy walked into Loaf Bakery for a coffee and a cinnamon bun, introduced himself to proprietor Danny and before leaving they had agreed that they should try collaborating and cook up a storm.

Two showstopper evenings later and a lot of very happy customers, the pair decided to create The Courtyard Canteen, opening up monthly offering fun and entertaining communal eating with exciting and refreshingly delicious menus, following a small plates and family-style eating format.

 Tickets are £35 a head.

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS

We will be running four Christmas pop-up on each Friday evenings from 30th November through to the 21st December. We will have a festive menu of sharing platters and small plates and we will get creative and plan to cook up a festive storm.

The menu is normally a surprise although you can check out some of our seasonal treats that may well make a showing.
